What we're actually teaching
We're not teaching your dog to sit just because sitting looks good. We're teaching your dog to understand the verbal and the physical of what we're asking, in the context we're asking it, so they can follow through even when the environment gets distracting. The goal is a dog you can take places and an owner who knows how to keep it going.
How our programs work
Every training program is a multi-phase program. Phase one, your dog trains with us at our facility. Phase two, we work with you at home so you learn everything your dog learned. Phase three is group classes, where we keep building on it together. Prefer we come to you? Every program can be done in your home, with the same behavioral insurance and group classes. Your trainer comes Tuesday through Saturday for two weeks, and you and your dog graduate on the second Saturday.
Real-world training
We train in public, in real-life settings like stores, parks and the duck pond, because a dog that only listens in the living room isn't a trained dog yet.
Behavioral insurance
Every training program comes with behavioral insurance. Think of it as a version of a warranty. If the training slips, we come back out at no cost. On Leash, Behavior Modification and Aggressive Dog include one year of behavioral insurance, and Honor Roll includes lifetime behavioral insurance. To keep it active, you stay involved and keep coming to group classes.
